The Listed Companies Association (LCA) with the assistance of Kensington Swan has developed the accompanying sample Continuous Disclosure Policy.
The LCA has developed this sample policy to assist its members to formulate their own respective policies for the management and release of information in accordance with New Zealand law, the Listing Rules of NZX Limited and good corporate governance.
This paper and the sample policy have been prepared as at August 2010 and reflect the law and Listing Rules as at that date.
